I would think whoever was serving food would have to be cleared by security for a variety (and obvious) of reasons. I would think a fast food chain would be to hard with turnover and remotness. I could see it being a military or a vendor specifically used for these kind of installations (and myabe the vendor does have a fast food franchise type of deal).
