Searching CIA and Bob Sikes airport brings up a link regarding a C-130 Hercules operated by Tepper Aviation, tail no N3867X. This particular aircraft seems to be flying exclusively from Bob Sikes. Its an ex Angola Air Charter plane. Tepper apparently has a lot of links with Anogla, with its planes alledgedy being used for arms smuggling by the CIA, tho there is nothing to suggest this latest Herc coming from Angola is anything more than conincidence. Food for thought though and id be interested to see what the previosu poster has to add.
