followers of advanced technology , then its propulsion
can be almost anything , because you don't know
what has tken place--the only honest researcher is
empirical--the data is king not arbitrary lines.
some fresh thinking about this is urgent--unless
DLR is not serious--then censoring / pre selecting doesn't matter --
