As pilot in command of an aircraft I am authorized to deviate from any FAR in order to assure the safety of my flight. If I feel that the only way I can assure that safety is to be able to fly undetected by silly internet driven flight trackers, what is to stop me from changing one digit in the tail number of my flightplan? Or turning off the transponder that the boxes detect? That's basic. The folks who fly classified missions have no obligation to allow you to see them if they feel it will compromise the mission. They do this all the time. I hope I didn't burst anyone's bubble.
