Cheyenne Road and Las Vegas Blvd., at Las Vegas Motor Speedway are the best locations near Nellis. Base security may come by but rarely tell you to leave, just make sure you are on LVMS side, not the base side. I think there are GPS points for a ton of places here on DLR, do a search. You can also check out Nellis Spotters website as well as mine.
