Even the line items for the Army funding are for Iraqi operations-never discount what can happen,a friend who use to be in the U.S. Air Force stated that funding could easily be covered under Air Delivery Pallets and he also pointed out money would be taken from standard programs and disapper into the Black World never to be seen again, but only certian people would know why the funds disappered. Also the money could be funded for another program such as the National Aerospace Plane under the Regan Adminstration-in reality the money went fot a Two-Statge to orbit System.
