It sounds like you are talking about the explosion-proof building (Building 485) that is surrounded by semicircular revetments. It is located just southwest of Hangar 19 (Building 730), the Arm/De-Arm Scoot-N-Hide shed. The other one sounds like the circular turnaround pad just south of Hangar 19.

There are no underground hangars. What you see is what you get.
