Going down Highway 1 in Buellton go West on Hwy. 246 all the way to the coast to the train tracks. I think it's called Surf. You can also see a lot of the base from Amtrak commuter train that travels on the coast. If there are any boys in orange jumpsuits that say Lompoc county jail hitch hiking, don't stop.
