I saw two or three of them when I took a TV crew out to the Vegas Janet terminal not too long ago. They fly as needed, not on a regular schedule. And, unlike the 737 Janets, not all of them are always at the Vegas terminal at night.

On a related note, N40R, registered to Dynamic Avlease, and N95KA, registered to Airborne Imaging Inc., are currently making regular round trips into the Ranges. The VFR flight plan on Flightaware.com shows their destination as KINS, but I heard them check in with Dreamland MOA on 126.150, and enter the Ranges via Mercury.
