the snout and dual vertical tails or fins, suggest one of the following types Mig-29 Fulcrum. F-15 Eagle,
F-22 Raptor, F-18 hornet or that x-32 that I thought I saw back in June! I suspect mig 29 or f-18 as to my eduscted best guess but the fuzziness of picture could cause distortion to be highly likely of f-15
