if your coming in from highway 375 they are going to see you coming for miles no matter which way you try to cross. if you are coming in from other directions watch out for unexploded bombs, radiation or any other hazards. i'm not sure what anyone would really expect to see jsut crossing the border at any random time. its not like top secret aircraft are sitting out there on the ramp waiting for anything to fly over and take their picture. you might be able to get a close up of the side of the new hangar but that doesnt really sound worth the risk of getting arrested or worse.
