Nice catch! According to Flightaware, that is a Grob G520 Strato 1 / Egrett. A matching aircraft, N520DM, is registered to Raytheon in Van Nuys, the same operator of VOODOO1!
I am almost positive that I heard that callsign last week on a Mission/Ops pair of Dreamland MOA frequencies 236.325/395.150 MHz. There was talk about doing tests in 5000ft. altitude increments. Haven't seen N520DM show up on my SBS-1, though.
