The milair thread I follow didn't note anything out of the ordinary. There was a CAP for Camp David on Sunday with two KC-135s participating, but it's unlikely that was the culprit. If I had to guess, however, I'd say it was a flight of tankers - once airborne, they can declare MARSA and fly in a relatively close formation.
