It is Groom... The way you can tell it is groom is on the left thats runway 14L and the old runway used for the u-2 and sr-71. You also can tell because of the taxi way going in a vertical direction near the old runway going towards the hangars. And if you check on SAT photos you can see how the clay or dirt or sand from the lake bed covers the old runway running through the lake bed and the same thing is in the photo. You also can see the car driving on the road on the bottom right of the photo. You also can see the dust trail. That road is from the back gate near rachel. If thats not groom well then thats its identical twin:)
