I think that i have to go with Steve here. That could very well be the Manzano Nuclear facility. But i still wonder why they've done such a sloppy job with the blurring.

Anyways, the areas around the main base are quite interesting. S-E of the base is the target practice area, and there you can find this strange facility (N 34.96320 W 106.50936), it looks bit like a solarenergy-thing. Any thoughts on this?
