I believe that it is just imagery that was shot at different times, and the newer imagery doesn't cover all of the match area. Unless Kirtland has their own private dragstrip, I don't think it has anything to do with Kirtland. Just to the SE of the dragstrip is a 12,000 seat pavilion as well.
