I, too, have come to the conclusion that the new hangar and some of the recent improvements indicate the possible testing of a large UAV.
I've looked closely at the construction photos and agree that the hangar doors are about 172 feet wide, not really wide enough for a B2.
I don't believe, however, that its intended use is for a B2. Why shorten a B2's wingspan to fit the hangar? The marginal cost to widen the door openings (prior to construction) would be a LOT less than messing with a billion dollar airframe.
I also believe that there is already a dedicated B2 test aircraft in the fleet, which could certainly be carrying out testing as you describe, just not at Groom Lake in the new hangar.
Keep in mind that the B2 is now "old" technology. I'd bet that anything being tested at Groom Lake would be considerably more sophisticated and hence "very secret"!
