I understand, and have understood, where you guys are coming from here...but, You know as well as I do that you have to pitch and sell such projects to people who are going to use them to sell advertising.
When you approach them with a "pure research" view of Area-51, even in my country...
You always get the Alien question...and the "Well you have to at least address the issue." speech.
And as all you people know...better than most...
that's what causes a lot of problems.

I've been trying to do something like that for a few years now from up here in Canada.
