Nice photos on your updated page. While the dirt is still fresh, you may want to look really carefully for any disturbances that might indicate sensors in the ground. After a while, the brush will grow over the fresh dirt and you won't be able to tell if they did anything funny. To do this kind of job justice, you would need a little altitude, which is pretty tough in that general area without getting in trouble.

BTW, the catch-phrase for scraping the ground prior to construction is "grubbing the site". If you see a spot that is grubbed, construction will start pretty soon generally because you don't want any organics taking root in the soil.
