Comparing the Real Estate map with Google Earth, it seems to be 20 miles east of the center of the lake. And, about 6 miles southwest (under) Tikaboo Peak. Apparently, access is from that road that runs along the bottom of the west side of the Pahranagat mountain range. Good location for camping, eh? Can we all chip in to raise the $405,000?! I'm good for twenty bucks!
