during red flag "the enemy" simulates the tactics of the foreign forces. do they ever actually use the foreign aircraft or do they only simulate their tactics? how about something like actual foreign electronics, such as radar, mounted on an american plane? i've been out there for red flag and will be again in a few weeks but only witnessed allied planes.
