Not a likely scenario. Once you flipped it over, the inlet would be exposed. It was placed on top for a reason: stealth. The "sensor" domes are exactly where they need to be, though I can't imagine what that reason might be. The vehicle is probably as stealthy as required for its mission. Also, it may have been fielded without all the "bells and whistles," as it were. It may be designed to accept add-on enhancements later on.
