Those were my thoughts at the time as well. The resident said that (I think she said "Bill") worked out something with the dirt pit and the loads are definitely going into the Rachel back gate. I was thinking maybe it is not going all the way to Groom and to some other place. That may be the reason they are not using their own gravel pit. Hopefully you can confirm the loads are going through the back gate. My suv was barely leaving a path through the snow, but there were huge deep paths obviously caused by large trucks all over the road to the back gate.
