Just remember that the large hangar at Groom could just as easily accommodate a number of small aircraft as it could one or two large aircraft. The fact that it has a single taxi line is meaningless. That just tells you where the hangar centerline is. If you look at Hangar 1623 at Edwards, for example, you will see it has a single taxi line but historically it has always accommodated multiple airframes. Built originally for the C-5 Test Team, it later housed four B-1A bombers in the 1970s. In the ensuing years it has served as hangar for a variety of NASA airplanes of all sizes, as well as C-17 and C-130 transports.
