Wouldn't it make sense to have a fire station close to the main hangars for faster response time? I had the same idea, fire station or emergency medical building. If you look closely on the sat. photo it seems that you can actually see tracks come straight out of the double garage south of the main building, and cross the dirt. Interesting that the ramp leads up to the low part of the building, not to the double-garage.
On the panorama its hard to tell if the low part has garage doors as well, but the two doors on the southern annex are approximately 15ft. (5m) wide.
