Hi Joerg,

Did JJ ask for anything specific the troops need? My buddy was a Kiowa helicopter pilot and was deployed to Iraq shortly after the invasion. I asked if he needed any goodies from home and he replied, "duct tape and zip ties." I was confused I expected Tastykakes and what not, he then explained when the invasion happened they shot up all the Iraqi army bases, etc. Then after they settled in, they had to live in those same shot up barracks. He needed the duct tape to patch up the holes, etc!

I had a garage full of gaffer tape (movie grade duct tape) and zip ties left over from shows and conventions. I boxed up about 20 rolls along with the zip ties and some rolls of trick line. It was $60 to ship! Any donations to the troops should be free of charge in my humble opinion. So make those packages count!

Ok, let us know,

JG
