a few aspects of this transcript just don't seem to fit:

"JANET 305 CLEARED FOR A VISUAL APPROACH RUNWAY 32 RIGHT VIA PYRAMID"

FAA ATC (LAS) and Nellis use the "JANET" callsign. Traffic operating at the site with the Tower or "control" (Dreamland RAPCON) use tactical callsigns, e.g. SMOKY, RAPTOR, etc. JANETS transition to/from the tactical callsigns.

"CAMINO 04...APPROACH APPROVAL HAS BEEN CANCELLED"

This would be stated as "Approach Clearance..."; not "approval". It's just too hokey; not realistic phraseology.

"[CAMINO 04, APPROACH APPROVAL STILL WITHHELD] DUE TO THE FACT THAT IT'S GLENN CAMPBELL AND HE HAS NOT DEPARTED THE AREA. HE IS JUST DOWN THE HILL. WATCHDOG IS STILL IN EFFECT."

Very hard to believe this would actually be used by USAF, or any other professional ATC operation.
