As long as you are the public side of the border you can take pics, do a dance and plant corn. Last time I was up Hawkeye they had moved moved some of the border markers at the very top. They seemed to have moved them down the backside. I think its best to give them a little wider berth than you normally would. It looked like they moved them a couple of feet farther back. The border there has always been sketchy, even with a GPS. Thus we havent posted any numbers.
