Legally can someone stand right near the border on public land for like an hour taking pictures and not get arrested by the sheriff? Or walk up hawkeye hill, the hill where you can view the guard shack on groom lake road. Thats legal right. Obviously if you don't cross the border im assuming you will be fine? Im only asking this because im planing on going out there soon and i want to cover all the laws so i don't get in trouble. If anyone has any info on this that would be great.
