Since we are a bit off-topic, here is what I found on the net with a quick Google search regarding Highway 95 speed traps.

From http://www.speedtrap.org/stenv.htm
--------
City: Tonopah
Location: U.S. Highway 95 at South edge of Tonopah
Time of Day: Any time
Level of Enforcement: Moderate
Type of Enforcement: Radar
Date: 04/2001
U.S. Highway 95 descends fairly steeply into Tonopah as you enter the city from the South (Las Vegas). Speed limit is reduced (from the open highway speed of 70 mph)rather agressivly starting at 45 mph and then quickly to 35 mph and 25 mph. Most local traffic flows at 30-35 mph in the 25 mph zone and out of state cars seem to be targeted for anything over 25 mph. Enforcement is three-fold: city police, Nye County Sheriff's Dept. and the Nevada Highway patrol. Nye County is 97% owned by the Federal Government so tax base is limited, hence the revenue collection procedure on this stretch of U.S. Highway 95

None of the on-line speed traps site talk about Goldfield, but I found this information in a Nevada Senate hearing:
-------
A discussion was raised pointing to the use of marked and unmarked law enforcement vehicles. Colonel Hood assured the chairman and committee members that NHP only uses marked vehicles in doing stops when a violation has occurred. However, in Goldfield, there may be a problem with the sheriff’s office using unmarked vehicles to do vehicle stops. The chairman requested NHP to send an officer to Esmeralda County to check, as the committee had been assured in the past that such a practice by law enforcement would not continue.

To finish off the topic, the stretch of highway 93 between the ET Highway and the south end of Alamo is another speed trap, especially if you have one of those AREA51 license plates on the front of your vehicle.
