Sorry if this seems harsh, but I for one, am really tired of comments like this: "...but it's not a crime to set your camera on the bumper of a bus and to "forget" where it is." REALLY? Let's spend a minute and read the law.

This is but one, of many, possible charges that get you a very cold cell in a very bad place.

Notice how low the threshold is for an arrest. Penalty? Fine and imprisoned for not more than 10 years in a Federal penitentiary. Get a friend to help? Add Conspiracy to the list. I can assure you that the Feds take trying or doing something like this very seriously. Let's not joke about crackpot ideas.
