This patch has been worn by an unidentified/classified air refueling squadron whose job is to perform mid-air refueling on classified aircrafts in the Pentagon's "black" program. Does anybody know what the letters stand for and does this unit come out of Travis Air Force Base? Does it have any connection to Area 51?
