Here ya go. This has a promising view of the JANET Terminal. It just opened last week and is right across from Mandalay Bay which is very close to the JANET Terminal.

The price is reasonable, however, if you watch the video, it says the ride is only 10 minutes long.

A few years ago, we did the Strip Helicopter ride at night. We went right over the JANETs! That ran $55 at the time and the flight was only 12 minutes long. Out over the strip, around the Stratosphere, and then back to the airport. Over the intercom, I offered the pilot an extra $20 bucks to take me to Area 51! He didn't get my joke...
