Like I said it is Lockheed Martin's Hybrid Unmanned Air Vehicle (HUAV) offered in response to the Army's requirement for a long endurance multi-intelligence vehicle (LEMV) based on work done previously using the P-791, an "internally funded prototype Lockheed Martin built and flew to reduce risk." What is cool is that it uses ducted air for landing gear (like an LCAC hovercraft)so it can land and taxi over land (or water).
