Geography is a great security device. Security has always given one advisory an advantage over their enemies....but the Budget expended on Area 51 does make one curious as to the function of the base and the specific projects worked on there.....It would seem something exceedingly 'Special' must help justify the expense to the "Bean Counters" every project has to answer to!
