Yes I think you are right re more going on.The JT3 thing is noted on the job applications being the 2 companies working together + other undisclosed.
The assumed owner being USAF may just be,well it's got to have someones name on the door.Who's going to own up anyway.Can you see them changing the signs at GLR to say by order of CIA or NSA or maybe this is an undisclosed US Gov site No Entry,now that would make people talk but USAF & Base Commander make it sort of believed by most.
