About ten years ago it was reported on a regular basis that "sky-quakes" were tracked on a regular basis (mostly on Thursday mornings) across California. Do these events still happen? Has the sorce of the data (seismic sensors?) been suppressed? Can anyody who lives out west testify to actually having heard these booms?
