The funny thing is the middle finger is not an insult to those from the Middle East. Rather, you need to do the "thumbs up" sign. Think of Fonzie from Happy Days.... I've got a few more middle east gestures, but like who are you going to use them on? Afghanis in the US have been here 15 to 20 years and hate the Taliban a lot more than we do. OK, if you have a suspected terrorist in your 'hood, give'em the thumbs up.
