Is the point of having GL rd guarded because people would just disregard a simple keep out notice & 4 wheelers,dirt bikes etc would then drive around unhindered.The reason poeple don't go past the back gate is that it has a barrier,even when it is unmanned people do not just go by,the cameras.
With the guard shack at GL rd being so far from the border line the guards would be foreverlasting chasing people out.That why the guys sit near the border to make people think twice.Just my 2p.
