I've not looked anywhere else yet except Luke AFB. My connection is cranky tonight (It's dropped twice while I've been typing this), but from Google Earth, I'd have to argue about the 'running track' at Luke AFB.

First, I'm assuming you mean the track to the right of the Southern tip of the runway?

That is definitely a car racing circuit. The track is 10m wide, and has speed berms on the corners. There is even quite clearly a pit lane next to a big holding area.

I'll check some of the others now..
