GE is probably still fuming that it, and the F-35 are powered by P+W.
There seems to be a lot of misrepresentation of numbers about the F-22, especially regarding maintenacne hours. maybe it is more maintenance intensive, but more hours maintaining it per flight hour can be managed by how many technicians you assign to each plane, so it doesn't necessarily have to sit in the hangar longer than an F-15.
