I don't think the very few people on Tikaboo effect too much on the base. The dirt definitely looks like it is to block the view of workers. With the doors to the north closed the inside contents of the hangar are out of sight. The doors facing the south can be opened with not much of a chance of anybody seeing anything. With all of the years of people watching and researching Area 51, I have seen one photo of a F-117 on a runway at Groom (Lazy G Ranch)long after it was declassified and seen around the world. I have also seen a video from Tikaboo of a Russian Mig flying near Groom. They let us see what they want us to see. They are the best at hiding the "real" secrets! The new hangar was designed to keep it's contents out of sight.
