Well, I am sure the concern was much more about the associate members, such as myself, than about the original Roadrunners. Some of us associates are foreign nationals, hence no visit to CP-1. In fact, the first time I took the NTS tour was before I became a U.S. Citizen. I felt really bad back then to be 50% of the reason why we could not see CP-1. Especially since the tour guide made it a point to mention the reason why we could not go there.
