i would agree with you on the funding point, but they just built a fairly large hanger/base extension in the middle of nowhere. naivete aside, to what extent is money really an issue? i'm already starting to rail myself for that, but maybe there's a little truth in the idea that the black budget is fluid. 200+ million for a raptor, publicly,... what else is out there?
