Sounds like you know the area, so you know how remote it is. You can get almost anywhere on a dirt bike, but you need to be prepared to hike out if you break down (or have a sat. phone). If you travel off the dirt roads, watch out for small cactus. Easy to get a flat tire out there... From both Hwy 93 and Warm Springs you would get to the bombing ranges long before you get to the Area 51 border. Range 61 from Hwy 93 and Range 74 or the Tonopah ECR from Warm Springes. All of these have a fence, and gates are usually marked as restricted area.
