I agree with the moving targets concept. Let me add this: I've worked on UAV efforts where the hardest part of a flight op or demo is locating and then holding the sensor field of view on a moving target. We've spent hours with the target person/vehicle sitting on the runway (or other locations) with a radio in-hand letting them know what their next move is, such as driving a vehicle, holding a gun, etc. This would've been ideal to have to allow the target to move around a track location as we tuned our sensors and ops. Good post and now I have a new idea... :)
