Nice catch. Yes, it looks like there is something on the track. It appears to be smaller than 1m in size, so it probably would not have shown up in a 1m resolution image. Impossible to tell what it is, but there are two vehicles bu the track, which may be further indication for current activity. The image was taken at less than a 90 degree angle, so whatever it is would be at gound level or very low. Otherwise it would appear next to the track, because of the image angle.
