Both. The Ranges were busier than usual about a month ago, and have been quieter than usual in the last week or two. It will definitely pick up for the next Red Flag, maybe even before. Probably not related, but the Janet flight schedule is also "off" at the moment. Fewer than usual flights on Thursday, more than usual flights this afternoon.
