Somebody may obviously know what this black box is, but I am not sure. It was not on the gate at the Rachel entrance to Area 51 a few weeks ago. It is attached to the right side of the gate with plastic ties. The box has absolutely nothing else attached to it. No power source or anything. Any guesses?
