NOTAM (Notice to airmen)is available for most military airbases. https://www.notams.jcs.mil/dinsQueryWeb/. Enter an airport code thats available for lookup on this page. I.E. Nellis is KLSV. Edwards is KEDW.
It should notify you on a daily basis of anything unusual going on at a specific base.
